Nina Rodriguez

Associate

Nina Rodriguez is French-Anguillian and joined Webster LP in August 2022 as an associate in the Property and Private Client Department. Specialising in real estate, she has a breadth of experience advising clients on the acquisition, disposal, leasing and development of commercial and residential property.
A large part of her practice focuses on providing offshore private client services and she is involved in establishing trust and foundation structures, advising trustees on their duties and obligations and advising on general matters of trust law.She has attained STEP’s Advanced Certificate in International Trust Management.
Nina also has extensive experience with probate matters including estate planning, the preparation of wills and the administration of estates.
Nina completed the Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School in London with Distinction and was admitted to the roll of solicitors of England and Wales in October 2018. Upon qualifying, she joined a niche law firm in London as a Property & Litigation Solicitor. In 2021, she transitioned to the role of Senior Residential Property Solicitor with a leading UK property services group.
Nina’s strength is understanding her clients’ objectives, ensuring they feel supported and delivering the most efficient and pragmatic advice to achieve their desired outcome.
Nina is fluent in French and has an intermediate level in Spanish. She is interested in sustainability projects in Anguilla and is a member of the Anguilla National Trust.
