Pam Webster

Managing Partner

Pam Webster is the founder and managing partner of Webster LP overseeing its clients, people, and practices.
She advises multinational clients in a broad range of complex, cross-border cases with a focus on corporate and commercial law, real estate and property development, joint venture arrangements, government relations and financial services regulatory matters.
She leads the firm’s legal teams in the preparation and negotiation of relevant agreements, as well as coordinating and conducting due diligence investigations in relation to corporate law, commercial contracts, property investments, as well as corporate structuring/restructuring advice.
She is highly regarded for developing a deep understanding of her clients’ objectives to provide strategic advice and insights.
Pam received her Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of the West Indies in Barbados, obtained her Legal Education Certificate at the Norman Manley Law School in Jamaica and was called to the Anguilla Bar in 1986. She was subsequently called to the bars of the British Virgin Islands, Grenada, St. Kitts and Nevis and is a Notary Public of Anguilla.
Her professional and community credentials include:
  • Member of the International Fiscal Association, the International Tax Planning Association and the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
  • Long-serving president of the Anguilla Financial Services Association and Chair of the Anguilla Finance Limited.
  • She served as Crown Counsel for the Government of Anguilla in 1986-87.
  • She served as a member of the House of Assembly of Anguilla and became the country’s first female Leader of the Opposition between 2015 and 2020.
